Cooperation mode 1:

Our counterpart invest in the project, signs an agreement with HLD in the planning or construction stage. The power plant will be delivered to the investor after its completion and will have the ownership and enjoy the benefits of it.

Cooperation mode 2:

Both parties invest the amount according to the signed contract, and the income generated by the power plant is divided as stipulated.

Cooperation mode 3:

Part B inverts and Part A provides the construction space. Once the power plant is under operation, Party B sells electricity to Party A at 90% of the local electricity price. Ownership of the power plant will belong to Part B after 20 years.
